Site built by Bob Evans. I have lived here about 6 years??? I wanted a community site since the day I moved in. I see how few young parents show up to a Board meeting. Life is busy, kids to school, working 2 jobs, driving kids to practices or tutors. Families aren't participating, missing opportunity to be heard in the community. I mentioned this more than once. "Told, no way!" "Only rude neighbors will use it." "It will cause problems." "It's to difficult to maintain a website." These people with strong opinions have a rudimentary understanding of technology. (But they all spell better me. We all have our skill set, right?). As a result, we have a clunky 1990s folder system and end up calling management wait for a call back that ends up in phone tag. Without a password, it should be a simple click away to find CCRs, updated forms, etc. Because of the push back I wanted to show everyone how easy it should be, I invested my time to create a solution so young neighbors making a living can see and participate. My cost was my donated time and it’s about $200 per year to host it. With 417 houses, that's about 50 cents per home per year. Plus, I grabbed us the last Preserve HOA domain that existed when I moved in as there are alot of neighborhood names in theis country called Preserve.

The site is so simple that it operates itself and a 5th grader can update it. Every board member that can't fill out a form on a webpage, can do this.

We all deserve to know what's going on in our neighborhood. Any and all board members can update it.

Tell us all how you feel about this resource. See, what everyone else thinks by answering this poll. Polls are a great way to get input from busy neighbors. (Of course few know this is here, because I was told I can not put up a sign to tell you all.

Options:

 • Great , glad we finally have a community website to check before calling Mt. Breeze.
 • Good, I always scrambled every year to find a Mt. Breeze password to get forms. Now, it's all right here. Day or Night.
 • I like it. Easy to get info like the lawn tips and learning more about how the neighborhood functions.
 • How much did this thing cost us is what I want to know.
 • I hate it, Mt Beeze hidden file folders from the 90s is way better to go.
