Food Trucks & Music Event

Mark your calendars for a special Food Truck Night next Thursday, August 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the community pool area!
This month, dinner comes with a little something extra — live music! Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, grab some food and dessert, and settle in for an evening of music and time with your neighbors.
Live Music Featuring Sonia Miró
Local singer-songwriter and guitarist Sonia Miró will be performing throughout the evening. Some Preserve homeowners may recognize Sonia from a previous community event!
Now based in Eagle, Sonia brings more than 20 years of performing experience and a wide range of musical influences, including classic rock, country, jazz, folk, and more. Her easy-listening style, familiar favorites, original music, and fun personality make for the perfect backdrop to a summer evening in the neighborhood.

Crazy Chicken
New to The Preserve and highly recommended! Crazy Chicken offers a variety of chicken sandwiches, burgers, tenders, loaded fries, appetizers, and more.
Float & Chill
A returning Preserve favorite! Cool off with soft serve, sundaes, old-fashioned floats, frozen lemonade, frozen cappuccino, and other sweet treats.
Come hungry, bring something comfortable to sit on, and enjoy a fun summer evening right here in the neighborhood. Food will be available for purchase from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We hope to see a great turnout and plenty of neighbors enjoying the food, music, and community!

Community Yard Sale

The Preserve community yard sale for this Fall has been scheduled for Saturday, September 12th from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Residents who would like to participate are encouraged to sign up so a community-wide list of participating homes can be shared. This list will help attract more visitors and increase visibility for your sale.

Please note the following:
Participating homeowners are responsible for placing their own directional signage to guide visitors to their home.
All signage must be removed the same day following the conclusion of the yard sale.
