This is NOT an official website of the Preserve Home Owners.
Currently, the Board doesn't think one is required, but I do.

About The Preserve
The Preserve Subdivision is a quiet sanctuary thanks to careful planning, lots of trees, and open green space. The Preserve features a pool with a clubhouse, a community park, and water features. Nearby are a dozen parks, the Boise River, Downtown Eagle, and The Village at Meridian, Costco, Winco, and many other shopping centers. The Preserve is a short distance from multiple schools.
About The Preserve
The Preserve sits just a quarter-mile from the intersection of Linder Road and State Street. Being this close to two major roads makes it easy for commuting and getting to other cities in the Treasure Valley. The community is also very quiet and feels secluded thanks to lots of mature trees and careful planning. The Preserve has 417 homes. It was initially developed by Coleman Homes and features a community pool, no clubhouse, ponds with water features, and community parks.
Downtown Eagle is under 10 minutes away. Downtown Boise is a 30-minute drive along Highway 44, which turns into State Street. Eagle Island State Park and the Boise River are just on the other side of State Street. The surrounding neighborhoods have lots of parks and green spaces built in to provide families with plenty of space to play. There are also nearly a dozen other parks within a 10-minute drive.
If you're looking for shopping and entertainment, check out the Village at Meridian, which features 50 places to shop and eat. Live shows and events happen multiple times a month, so there is always something happening. In the spring and summer, outdoor live concerts happen every week at the Village and in downtown Eagle.
