Your first point of contact will be our HOA management company, Mountain Breeze Management. All HOA Board and Committee members are volunteers, that means they spend their time on our community for FREE. No one is getting paid except vendors and the management company. For the downloadable, very informative Community Handbook see the CCRs page.

Your HOA Dues are quarterly. You can pay quickly and easily at this link. You need the account number for your address. It is printed on your snail_mail bill.
The latest HOA notices and announcements are published on this link.
The latest community events are published on this sites calendar page.
Community Pool Access is granted by your household radio frequency FOB security key that you get by contacting the management company. Use of the pool is at your own risk as there is NO lifeguard. Always remember the water depth is not adequate for diving.
Fishing in our ponds requires a person in your group to have your household Lanyard displayed. This is received from the management company. One per household. All ponds are catch and quickly release (except for invasive species like, perch). No one is allowed to put plants in the ponds, except our community contracted landscape company. They upset the balance of pond life management. Same is true for fountains. Many birds will no longer return. For example, is rare for swans and herons to hunt and hang out in a pond with a fountain. Fountains are unnatural and we could lose our wild life status and no longer receive the level of help we need from Idaho Fish and Game.
