The HOA board is responsible for the financials. Which we are all entitled to review, alone and on our own time.

There are links on the Contact page for architectural review. For your external home appearance changes like, home additions and painting you home or changing your yard to maintain the community standards or look and feel. As with most neighborhoods you cannot put a giant sasquatch statue on your front yard or park your car on your lawn.

Pool Rules:

It is important for all The Preserve residents to follow these rules to keep the community pool a clean, safe, and an enjoyable area for all. Please remember the following regarding our pool.

Other than teaching your own child to swim, do not conduct swimming classes in the pool. Adding to your swimming group a non-resident parent along with a number of non-resident children (which includes a non- resident swim instructor) is too great of a liability for the homeowners at The Preserve.

All homeowners are responsible for their guests. Please be respectful of the crowding rule by only allowing a maximum of 5 guests per family. This will help with allowing everyone in the community the chance to enjoy the pool without overcrowding.

It has been brought to our attention that there have been personal items left unattended. Please pick up any trash or belongings that you bring to the pool house to avoid being discarded. We want to keep the pool area clean and clear of debris for everyone to enjoy.

Once you have entered/exited the pool gate, please do not leave the pool gate propped open or let others through the gate. You must have a pool key FOB to enter the pool. If your key is not working, please contact Management (see contact page) so the issue can be resolved.

State Law requires us to close the pool for 24 hours for complete water treatment and testing if the pool becomes contaminated with fecal matter. To avoid any water borne illnesses that could shut down the pool, please ensure that any small children are wearing a special swim diaper. Repeated offense may result in the parents getting a big bill for the offence.

All children 14 years of age and under must have adult supervision at the pool at all times, no lifeguard is on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.

It has been brought to our attention that open alcohol containers are in the pool area, this is in violation of insurance and pool rules, we request that this rule be followed and respected at all times.

As fun as the pool might seem with any inflatable toys in the water, it does create a dangerous situation especially for younger children. These are not allowed in the pool at any time.

Financials

Financials for all HOAs are generally produced in the rears. Like all companies and all boards expenditures are paid out at various times, like stages of work completion or when invoices are received after work is verified, etc. The accountants always attempt produce to reflect an easy to understand review. This is a 5-2025 statement. To review each when presented its best to go to our hired management company site.
