Would you like a tiny shed size building with an outside area where neighbors can arrange to meet from time-to-time?

The tiny idea is, something with a small counter, a coffee maker, water and 20 amps of power in an area that fits about 5 people inside it and about 15 to 20 outside around it. The building would be tiny, so it would probably be open 3 seasons and closed during the winter.
